Excelsior AI Partner / Excelsior AI

One partner.
One roadmap.
Your next priority.

Excelsior AI Partner is an ongoing, scoped relationship to prioritise, implement and maintain practical AI improvements across your business.

You already have a business to run. You should not have to keep comparing tools, managing isolated builds or wondering who looks after what goes live.

Short answer

A managed relationship connects the business goal, implementation and ongoing care. We agree the most valuable next outcome, finish bounded work and keep live systems useful.

Key takeaways

  • One accountable partner across visibility and operations.
  • Start in one capability; expand only where it is useful.
  • Defined capacity and maintenance, not unlimited everything.

The operating model

A living roadmap.
Not a growing pile
of projects.

Start with your business context, visibility and operating constraints. Rank the opportunities by usefulness, feasibility and risk. Then choose the first outcome worth delivering.

Illustrative priority board

A way of working, not a client roadmap or fixed package.

NOW

One agreed outcome

Start with one active implementation priority unless a different work-in-progress limit is agreed.

NEXT

A ranked opportunity backlog

New requests are assessed against existing priorities, capacity and the desired result.

ALWAYS

Care for what is live

Monitor and maintain agreed systems, review outcomes and raise exceptions.

What we agree before starting

Accountability needs boundaries.

Delivery capacity

A scoped first outcome, agreed implementation capacity and a small work-in-progress limit. Not an open-ended promise to build everything.

Operational care

Which live systems are covered, how they are monitored, who responds to exceptions and when planned maintenance happens.

Review rhythm

A regular cadence agreed in the proposal to review visibility, reliability, business outcomes and the next priority.

New custom software, extra integrations, additional systems, third-party subscriptions and out-of-scope changes are not automatically included. We make the trade-off, scope and cost explicit before committing.

The first step / no commitment

A useful conversation.
Not an unpaid blueprint.

In your free 30-minute AI Opportunity Review, Alban learns what you want to improve and identifies where AI could plausibly help you get found, get time back, or both.

You leave with a verbal recommendation for the most useful next move and why. No written report, workflow map, production prompts, technical architecture or integration specification is promised.

Show me what AI can do

Three questions worth answering.

  1. 01Where could AI create the most useful business result?
  2. 02Which opportunity is worth examining first?
  3. 03Are we likely to be the right partner?

If data, integrations, stakeholders or risk need closer examination, we scope paid discovery and implementation planning separately. If sufficient evidence already exists, a bounded first implementation may be the next step.

How to assess an AI opportunity →

A good fit when...

You run an established, multi-employee business, have a real visibility or capacity constraint, and can supply an internal owner, approved access and the investment needed to implement.

Not the right fit when...

You want a tool tutorial, a cheap one-off build or an unlimited AI department. Early experiments can start with our free Meter and public resources.

Good questions

Clarity before commitment.

Do we have to buy both AI Visibility and AI Employees?

No. Every engagement has one business-improvement roadmap, but active delivery can begin in one capability. We expand only where evidence and agreed priorities support it.

Is this an unlimited AI retainer?

No. Scope, delivery capacity, live systems under care, response expectations and review cadence are agreed in the proposal. New integrations, additional systems, substantial changes or extra capacity require a scope and cost decision.

Is the initial review really free?

Yes. The AI Opportunity Review is a free 30-minute conversation with Alban for established, multi-employee businesses. It ends with a verbal recommendation, not a written report or technical blueprint. There is no commitment to paid work.

When is paid discovery needed?

When scope, data, integrations, risk or multiple stakeholders need investigation before a credible implementation commitment. It is scoped and priced separately. A mature prospect with sufficient evidence and a bounded outcome may not need that extra step.

What do we get from paid discovery?

The agreed scope may include a business baseline, high-level findings, ranked opportunities, a recommended first outcome and indicative success measures. Detailed architecture or implementation design is included only when explicitly scoped; it is not promised in the free review.

Who is this not for?

The managed relationship is not an entry-level AI tutorial, unlimited custom development or a cheap one-off build. Solopreneurs and early experiments can start with the free Meter and public resources. The personal review is for established teams with a real constraint and the ability to implement.
