You receive a practical implementation plan — specific fixes, sequence, tools — that you could act on with us or without us.

Step three: the implementation credit

If you proceed to implementation with Excelsior AI, the diagnostic cost is credited toward the work. The reasoning is simple: the diagnostic is the first half of the implementation thinking, so you shouldn't pay for that thinking twice. If you don't proceed, you still own the plan.
